Cancellation Policy

In order for us to give you exclusive and individual attention, Call-in/ message/ self cancellations will be accepted up to the day before your appointment.

(Check confirmation email or booking app)

Please avoid same day cancellations.

Unreasonably short notice cancellations will be treated as “no show” and shall not be refunded.

Repeat no-shows will be banned from self-booking classes online.
